2004
Newly Licensed Salesperson in the State of California and joined Alain Pinel Realtors (APR)
2005
Recognized for production as a member of the President’s Roundtable
(Top 5% of the company) for sales volume as a brand new agent
Started mentoring new agents while selling real estate
ePRO Technology Certified by the National Association of Realtors.
2006
Selected to serve buyers/sellers as a Relocation Specialist

Received Platinum ranking by Quality Service Certification (QSC) for continued sales quality and performance,
receiving five (5) stars from every past client over a 5-year period on all closed sales.
2009
Earned the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation to serve distressed sellers during a shifting
marketplace and recognized as one of the top agents selling short-sale properties

Created a short-sale program for one office that developed into a regional training initially, then evolved to companywide.
Certified as a Mentor/Trainer by Buffini & Company to conduct their "100 Days to Greatness Program"
2010
Asked to create the APR Distressed Property Certified Course with the corporate office to expand
the short-sale training companywide as the policy standard.
